When I met Caroline I was living a life full of restriction. I wouldn’t eat more than 1400 calories a day, I was working out 6-7 times a week and majority of the training was cardio. I was slaving away putting in so much work with little results. I was getting so fed up and felt so lost. I felt like nothing was working for me anymore. Coming from a background of being obese I didn’t know any other way. Food terrified me. We slowly increased my calories week by week (we are still increasing to this day) and I feel absolutely amazing. I’ve dropped my cardio to only about an hour a week, and I lift 5 to 6 days a week. I don’t slave away in the gym anymore, I go because I love it. I am no longer afraid of food because I use it as my fuel. I can finally enjoy family events, and I’m not afraid of indulging once in a while. Caroline gave me a level head, balance, confidence & to be quite honest my life back. I owe so much to her and I recommend her to anyone who feels lost in their fitness journey. She will find a solution that is personal to you, healthy and most of all sustainable. Working with her is something you’ll never regret.
